Abstract
In order to identify if the percentage of proteins present in manjar blancowith the addition of seeds of Lupinus mutabilis sweet "Chocho" is higher in comparison to the artisanal and industrialized manjar blanco, a comparative descriptive research was carried out with a non-experimental design, in which the mentioned seeds were used. They were collected from the Province of Huari in the Department of Ancash. In addition, they were selected and classified respecting their optimal organoleptic characteristics. The sample consisted of 5 grams of three delicatessens: manjar blanco,to which Lupinus mutabilis sweet seeds had been added and which traditionally is known as Tarwi or Chocho, the artisanal and the industrialized. The data collection instrument was an observation guide, which showed  that manjar blanco with upinus mutabilis sweet seeds contains 6.87 grams of protein in 100 grams of sample, in the artisanal manjar blanco 6.10 gr and in the industrialized manjar blanco 4.58 grams. It was concluded that manjar blanco with Lupinus mutabilis sweet seeds has a higher percentage of roteins present with 98.14% compared to the artisanal manjar blanco with 87.14% and the industrialized manjar blancowith 68.35%.

Abstract
The environmental problems in which people are currently immersed leads us to search for new ways to obtain methods or materials to solve this problem. The materials with magnetic properties give a new solution to this problem. One of the materials with excellent magnetic properties is cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4). For this reason, this work provides an easy and novel way to obtain this material in the form of thin films. These CoFe2O4 films were deposited by spin coating on Pt (Pt/TiO2/SiO2/Si) substrates at different temperatures (700, 725 and 750 °). For the precursor solution, iron nitrate [Fe (NO3)3∙9H2O] and cobalt nitrate [Co(NO3)2∙6H2O] were used; they were dissolved in 2-methoxyethanol with magnetic agitation for 2 h at 60ᵒ C. In the characterization of thin films, the structure and magnetic properties were studied by X- ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer diffraction pattern confirms the formation of the cubic spinel structure belonging to CoFe2O4 with the preferential peak (311) with no trace of impurities at the studied temperatures. The calculated crystallites are in the range of 10 to 24.34 nm for all samples. The magnetic hysteresis shows that as temperature increases the magnetic properties also increase.

Abstract
The goal of this research was to determine the relationship between procrastination and academic self-efficacy in high school students of Simón Bolívar School in Tarapoto. The sample was made up of 117 students from the 4th and 5th grades of the above-mentioned school. The research design was non-experimental of correlational descriptive type. The instruments used were the Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) and the Self-Efficacy Rating Scale, based on Bandura ́s theory. The results showed that the predominant procrastination dimension is the cognitive dimension with 44.4%. The level of self-efficacy that prevailed for the majority of students (38.5%) was "High". Finally, the Spearman correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant inverse correlation between academic procrastination and self-efficacy (r= -,350**, p= 0.00), which gave as a result that the higher the academic procrastination, the lower the self-efficacy in the 4th and 5th year students of Simón Bolívar High School in Tarapoto.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the vulnerability of consumer protection to abuse theory INDECOPI-Tarapoto. Adescriptive approach of non-experimental design was used. The population and sample consisted of 21 applications processed before the Regional Office of INDECOPI. Three instruments were applied: an interview questionnaire to the Heads of the Resolving Body of Summary Trials (RBST) and to the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC), a questionnaire to the consumers complemented with documentary analysis. The results showed that 100% of those surveyed stated hat there is an infringement to the consumer. In the interview, discrepancies were found between the opinions of the Heads of the CPC and the RBST regarding the criteria to determine the abuse of rights in settlement requests. In the case of the RBST, the majority of resolutions have recognized and reimbursed the costs. However, when the resolutions went to second instance, the CPC denied all 21 applications, 57% (12) were settled by the RBST, while 43% (9) were not resolved in favor of the consumer because they were developed in second instance by the CPC. Therefore, there is a violation to the consumer protection because INDECOPI applies the theory of abuse of rights incorrectly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the clinical epidemiological profile of bronchiolitis in infants treated at Hospital II de Chocope, from 2007 to 2016. A descriptive, cross-sectional method was used with a population of 984 infants. During the10 years studied, an incidence of 5% to 10% of bronchiolitis was found; the most frequent age group was between 6 and 12 months; the males were 61% and 82% and the females were between 18% and 39%. Among the risk factors studied, 91% were found to have family atopy; prematurity was found to be between 1% and 7%; congenital heart disease in 1%; exclusive breastfeeding 30% to 69%, powder milk 7% to 37%, mixed lactation 26% to 52%. The most frequent clinical characteristics were cough, runny rose, difficulty feeding and tachypnea; mild severity ranging from 44% to 81%, moderate 14% to 36% and severe 7% to 19%. The most salient alarm signs were fever and poor sucking; patients evolved to remission between 58% and 88%, relapses between 2% and 40%, no deaths were reported.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of functional dependency in elderly people with Diabetes Mellitus 2. For this purpose, a descriptive, quantitative and cross-sectional study was carried out. The sample consisted of 175 elderly people diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus 2. The survey was used as a technique and the Barthel Index (BI) for basic activities of daily life (BADL) was used as an instrument. Among the results, it was found that from 100% of the elderly population, 36% were independent, 63% had some degree of mild to severe dependency and only 1% had total dependency, according to age for BADL. The group with the highest dependency with 100% is the one with 80 years of age and over, with respect to sex, the most dependent group was women with 64%. The study concluded that mild dependency predominates, it is more frequent in women, and there is a greater level od dependency in elderly people over 80 years of age.
